About the bill:
The CUPS number on your electricity bill identifies you as a client and with this we can find details of your bills for the last year and switch your service if you decide to do this.
The potencia price is what you pay for the maintenance and delivery of your electricity supply and meter reading. If you switch to Holaluz via electricityspain.com, we pass all of this cost directly to the local company: either Iberdrola, Endesa or Union Fenosa. (Read more about the electricity market in Spain, here).
Sometimes you will see that there is more than one cost associated and maybe discounts. In this case please put these details in notes below the sign up form. Choose either a fixed or variable option. We explain these more in-depth on our Electricity Rates page, where we discuss the pluses and minuses of our two rate plans.
If you opt for a simple fixed price, please indicate so in the sign up form. If it’s more complicated please put is in notes or send a copy of the electricity bill to. comparemybill@
