Frequently Asked Questions. Click for their answers

How does the service work?

The potencia is the maximum amount of electricity that you have contracted to use at one time and the charge for this pays for the electricity infrastructure and maintenance. If you find that you cannot use as many devices as you would like at the same time, you can increase the potencia to use more devices. The other payment is for the actual electricity usage based on kilowatts. To read more about how electricity billing works in Spain, click here.

Is there a break in service?

No. Never. Although we can freely choose our electric company, the infrastructure  – the cables that provide the energy you consume – will be the same (as with gas). Economically it is not sustainable to have several networks carrying energy, so there is only one network. You can read more about the situation, here. This means that if we had a good supply so far and we changed our marketer, we will continue to have a good supply.

Is it cheaper, what will it cost me?

We try to be the cheapest in the market, but above all the most honest. You’ll always pay the same, never raise prices.

The cost depends on the amount of energy you consume and the power you have contracted. If you are unsure how much electricity you need, please read more here. We have no margin in power, so we will always recommend the optimum power for you.
