1. Check the fusebox to see if any of the circuit breakers have been tripped. If one is down, flip it up.
2. If that doesn’t work, go to your staircase or your street, and see if the street lamps are on, lights in the neighbours’ windows, etc.
3. If the blackout is neighbourhood or street wide, then more than likely the disruption is due to a problem with the distributor and they will need to be contacted. (see: Electric Dealer vs Distributor)
4. If the outage is isolated to your house, contact us directly and we will send someone from HolaLuz to see what the problem is as soon as possible.
5. Outages related to the electric installation inside the house fall outside both ours and the distributor’s scope. HolaLuz.com will, however, help you as far as they can, even if it’s a couple of tips, before calling your trusted electrician.
